Squads

Be part of a team where you can learn, inspire, and make an impact every day.

đź’¬ What Are the Youth Squads All About?

The Squads are spaces for young people to come together, learn, connect, and take action on real social issues that affect their lives and communities. Each squad focuses on a specific topic giving you the chance to explore your interests while working for a meaningful cause.

By joining a squad, you’ll become part of a group of motivated peers from Greece and across Europe, sharing ideas, building skills, and making your voice heard. You’ll contribute to youth-led initiatives, participate in awareness campaigns, and have opportunities to travel abroad, all while gaining experience, confidence, and new friendships.

This is your chance to be part of something bigger — to speak up, take action, and shape a more inclusive and healthy society.

LGBT+ Squad "TimeOut"
In the European Union, equal treatment is a fundamental right — yet LGBT+ individuals still face discrimination, bullying, and exclusion, especially in sport. While visibility has increased, many still feel unsafe or unwelcome on and off the field. The squad members will be part of the TimeOut project, an international project working to tackle homophobia and promote inclusion in sport. As a member of this squad, you’ll join other young people in learning, connecting, and raising awareness about the barriers LGBT+ individuals face in sports environments. Together, you’ll work on projects that challenge harmful stereotypes and help create safe, inclusive, and welcoming spaces for all — no matter their identity or background. This is your space to grow, take action, and be part of a youth movement that’s pushing for real change in local communities and across Europe.
